What is a Customer Service Centre?
There are 24 Customer Service Centres across Dumfries and Galloway delivering the following services:
- Public access PCs
- Customer Services (this is where you may need a service such as potholes, street lighting, bulky uplifts etc)
- Registration for births, deaths and marriages
- Support for benefits and advice on council tax
- The staff can also signpost to other council departments and partner organisations

Annan, Castle Douglas, Dalbeattie, Dalry, Eastriggs, Ewart in Dumfries, Gatehouse, Georgetown in Dumfries, Gretna, Kirkcudbright, Langholm, Lochmaben, North West Community Campus in Dumfries, Lochthorn in Dumfries, Lockerbie, Moffat, Kirkconnel, Newton Stewart, Port William, Thornhill, Sanquhar, Stranraer, Whithorn and Wigtown.
