Our Council’s Customer Services team always try to make sure our services reflect current and future customer requests, but we need to hear from you, our customers, to help us plan our future provision. We are extending our survey date to 20 November 2023 to give you more time and we’d really appreciate if you could take 10 minutes to tell us about your experiences with us – How often you use the service? What do you need us for? How good are we? Are we missing anything you feel is important?
