It remains my view that the provision of information should not be in response to specific requests from individuals but should be, automatically, made publicly available in various accessible formats to ALL members of the community.
I wanted to quickly introduce myself and the (Facebook) page I have set up to enable me to keep as many people as possible aware of what’s going on, in regards to using windfarm benefit funds etc.

After our initial formal request for information on the Trust – on the 29th of July and having had no response within the 28 days as specified in the Articles of Association – I emailed the Secretary as follows..
Kirkcowan Community Development Trust is inviting residents of the Community Council area to become members. Membership of the Trust is available to anyone who is aged 16 or over and normally resident in the KIrkcowan Community Council area.
Kirkcowan Community Development Trust is looking for a unique person to help the trust to create a Community action Plan for Kirkcowan and then to support its delivery to ensure that Kirkcowan remains a vibrant and sustainable community.
Following my search for information on the Kirkcowan Community Development Trust, last week I’ve had a look at some of the other trusts in the area.
